My coaching approach

As one of only 45 dietitians in the U.S. trained in the Dietitian Coach Approach, I guide clients to lasting change through curiosity, self-compassion, and consistent support—not guilt or willpower. Over a structured 12-week coaching program, Made for More Nutrition, we will work together to build nutrition habits that align with your goals and lifestyle.
