Meet Rachel, MS, RDN, LD/N
Founder of Made for More Nutrition
I specialize in helping clients with type 2 diabetes and prediabetes create sustainable, personalized habits that actually feel good—no more food guilt or confusion. My coaching style is relationship-centered, rooted in science, and focused on lasting behavior change.
My path to becoming a registered dietitian began after the birth of my first daughter, when I started my own health journey and quickly realized how overwhelming and conflicting nutrition advice could be. That experience sparked a deep curiosity and a desire to help others cut through the noise with clarity and confidence. I went on to earn a Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics, building on my earlier career in communications and digital media to bring both empathy and clear, effective guidance to the people I work with.
Before launching my private practice, I worked with adults navigating blood sugar management and spent years in nonprofit and corporate marketing. I’m grateful for the opportunity I’ve had to support food-insecure and culturally diverse communities through my work with Feeding Northeast Florida, where I contributed to mobile pantry nutrition efforts.
As one of only 45 dietitians in the U.S. trained in the evidence-based Dietitian Coach Approach, I help clients tap into their strengths and build healthy routines that stick.
Outside of work, I’m usually running to a podcast, planning our next family trip, or testing new recipes with my three kids in the kitchen.
Whether your health goal feels as big as training for a marathon or as simple as building better daily habits, I’d be honored to support you as your guide on the side.
